
Refund Policy

At R&Y Granite, every project is custom fabricated to meet each client’s exact specifications. Because of the custom nature of our work, we have specific guidelines regarding cancellations and refunds.
1. Cancellation Before Material Is Ordered
If you choose to cancel your project before materials have been ordered, you may be eligible for a full refund, minus any administrative or design fees that may have already been incurred.
2. Cancellation After Material Has Been Ordered
Once materials have been ordered for your project, you may cancel your order; however, a 20% restocking fee will apply to cover supplier costs and handling.
Any non‑refundable materials, freight, or special‑order items may be deducted from your refund as well.
3. No Refunds After Fabrication Begins
Because each piece of stone is cut, shaped, and finished to your unique project specifications, no refunds or cancellations can be accepted once fabrication has started. At that stage, the material can no longer be repurposed or resold.
4. Project Changes
If design or measurement changes occur after material has been ordered, additional labor or materials may result in extra costs. We will always communicate any price adjustments before continuing production.
5. Quality and Workmanship
We take great pride in our craftsmanship and quality control. If you believe there is an issue with the workmanship or material, please contact us immediately so we can review and address your concern.
