Payments are due as outlined in individual project invoices or contracts. Failure to pay may result in delays, collection activity, or cancellation of services.

6. Warranties and Liability

We take great pride in the quality of our craftsmanship and materials. However:

  • Natural stone contains inherent variations in color, veining, and patterning. These characteristics are not considered defects.

  • We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or improper maintenance after installation.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, R&Y Granite shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Site or services.
